FAQ

When will you start translating my documents?
We will begin translating as soon as we receive your final confirmation and payment. Submission of this form is not considered a confirmed order and does not create any obligations. You will receive our reply with an estimated price and turnaround time. We will start working on your order after receiving the confirmation that you agree to the price and estimated delivery time.

How much will it cost?
We can estimate the price only after reviewing the source document. We run documents through word count software, then take into account language combination, and complexity of the topic. Once the estimate is ready, we send you a proposal with the price.

Urgent translations.
Usually, it takes around 1-2 hours for our translation project manafers to go through source materials. However, if you require an urgent translation service (the deadline is either on the same or the next day) and you wish to receive an immediate reply, please reach out to us by phone or a messaging app.

Sending files.
After pressing the Send button, you will see a confirmation. If the attached file is large in size, it may take a while to upload so please be patient! If the files exceed 3Mb, we recommend sending them via a messaging program or WeTransfer service.

How to forward the source material if you only have a hard-copy? The simplest way is to scan the documents and send them by e-mail. You can also take a photo of the document. In such case, please make sure all the characters are leligible (please hold your phone or camera directly over the document steady and take a close shot under a bright light). A scanned or a properly photographed copy is sufficient for a certified translation (i.e., the confirmation of the translation accuracy with the signature of the translator and the stamp of the Translation Agency). The originals are only required for notarized translations.
